Andrew is a corporate coach, management consultant and human resource practitioner, with extensive experience through Asia with leading local and international firms.

Corporate Experience
Andrew has extensive experience as a line manager and as a management consultant. With New World Cyberbase, he was the Vice President of Human Resources, supporting the start up and development of the company, and steering it through a major acquisition. As a management consultant, he served as Director of the Hay Group's reward business in Asia, and Director of the Greater China market. For Towers Perrin, he led the China Team based in Hong Kong, Singapore and China. In Europe his corporate experience began as Director of Compensation and Benefits for HJ Heinz UK, being promoted after two years to HR Director in the European Head Quarters, with responsibility for the UK and for selected European affiliates.

During her 13 years with BASF, Germany's largest chemical company, Clarissa held a variety of managerial positions within the human resources and training function, including four years stationed in Shanghai. Kate Michelson

Kate is a Corporate Coach, consultant and specialized in learning, communications and marketing in Asia Pacific. She has worked as both an internal consultant and line manager.

Kate's corporate experience began in financial services with investment banking at Chase Manhattan Asia Limited. Other positions at Chase Manhattan included Asia Pacific Training Manager, and Training Manager for Chase Tokyo. She has also worked with Citibank on a consulting basis. Other corporate experience includes Regional Seminar Director with YPO and Marketing Director for the Richard Ivey School of Business. Kate has lived in Asia for 21 years, located in both Japan and Hong Kong. Kate was the Co-Chair of the American Chamber of Commerce Human Resource Committee from 1998-2000.

Bernard Miu

Bernard is a Corporate Coach, seasoned business leader and manager with extensive corporate line and staff experience.

Corporate Experience
Bernard was with Union Carbide for 30 years. He was Managing Director for Greater China, accountable the management of Union Carbide's diverse business interests in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan from 1994 to 2001. He developed, leveraged and aligned resources within Greater China for strategy implementation.

He was Quality Director for the Industrial Chemicals Division of Union Carbide from 1992-94 based in the corporate headquarters in Danbury CT. He was responsible for maintaining and reinforcing the Total Quality Management culture within the Division and for implementing accelerated improvement programs through business and work process re-engineering.

Bernard was Area Director for the Latex Business (with 7 manufacturing locations and 1 technical center in Asia Pacific) based in Singapore from 1989 to 91. He was the Area Director for Human Resources during 1986-88 and he played a key role in orchestrating the re-location of the area headquarters from Hong Kong to Singapore. Other assignments from 1971-1986 in Union Carbide included sales, marketing, business and general management.

Allan T L Woon

Corporate Experience
In his most recent position, Allan was Corporate Vice President, Caltex Corporation. Prior to this he was the Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Philips Electronics with responsibilities for the Dutch electronics giant's human resources functions in Asia Pacific. Allan's prior job experiences include eight plus years in Union Carbide and more than a decade with Mobil Oil. With Mobil, he was based in New York in the Employee Relations function (1980-82) and was based in Fort Lauderdale in 1986-87 in Sales & Marketing. His last appointment was as Resale Manager, Singapore when he left to be an Associate Director of William Mercer to start up their compensation practice in 1989.
