Our Approach to Coaching

The Coaching Process

A coaching relationship normally continues via confidential discussions over an agreed period of time, typically 6 months or longer. These can be face-to-face conversations or by phone. The coaching conversation will commonly follow a five-step process (see diagram). The timings of these conversations will fit into the flow of the leaders work schedule.

The purpose of the coaching conversation is to evolve a personal strategy of the executive aligned to the company direction.
